Payment method
We accept Visa Master card Dinars club and American Express credit cards.

Do we accept Checks or money order?
A: Yes we would be happy to take your check or money order. Though please note that your order will be
shipped out 3-5 days late depending upon the time it takes your check to clear in the bank.

We do not require a minimum order amount.

We have to charge sales tax for New York customers.

Shipping SPECIAL! Take advantage of our $4.95 shipping charge on any order you place from the crystal
collections section. The Crystal Tableware, Crystal components are charged based on regular UPS charges.
For Bulk shipments please contact us for discount rates. Our regular shipping method is through ground
shipping from our ware house in New York. For express shipping please contact us at 718 871-0963.

Shipping procedures: The time you place your order your credit card will be charged. Upon that time you
will get a confirmation number. When the order is shipped out we will inform you about the shipping status an
approximate arrival time.

Item Packaging: Our items are beautifully packaged with a foam wrapping and a presentable gift box. Upon
shipping your items is put in carton and bubble or foam wrapped

Cancellation: We fully back our product so you are satisfied with your purchase. If you want to cancel an
order please call us and we will try arrange your cancellation. In the case the order was shipped already :

Please let us know as soon you get it. You have 5 days to inform us
you have to pay for the shipping charge
please leave all the items in the box with the wrapping

Breakage:
In case of breakage

Please call us immediately.
You have to leave the items in the original shipping carton Do not dispose

we will do a pick up call and upon your request replace it or credit you

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items unless otherwise agreed.
